We usually ship at the end of the week the soonest if you need it sooner or within a certain timeframe you must contact us asap (extra charges may apply). When we do ship you can check shipping updates in the confirmation email or with the tracking number. Order processing includes a strict quality control check to insure the camera is as described. This includes any final testing, tune-ups and servicing that may be needed prior to shipment.

Processing times vary depending on the order, expect 1-2 business weeks (depending on volume at the time of order). Message on any platform, preferably email: info@thefilmwave.com relating to rushed processing and shipping times as well as any other questions or concerns. It is a pleasure to answer any comments or questions.

Domestic U.S shipping is usually fast. Carriers normally include: UPS, Fedex or USPS depending on your preference and need. Faster shipping such as 2 Day or Overnight shipping is possible and will require a quote depending on the order, online estimates are subject to change. International shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please understand these cameras are vintage and range from about 30-50+ years old. Expectations of owning a vintage camera goes without saying: use proper care, maintenance and attention to ensure these cameras will last another 30-50+ years. The cameras are as described in description and photos. However, with the slim chance of any camera or product not as described in description or photos is subject for a return or exchange, you can create a return or exchange case by messaging me. Unless mentioned otherwise in "as is" sales, cameras have a 14 day return policy for satisfaction guarantee and a 30 day functional warranty (assuming proper care and normal circumstances). Orders after return window are subject to a restock fee. Domestic U.S buyers are responsible for return shipping after 14 days, International buyers are always responsible for return shipping. Afterall, we are a business and will need to make a profit in order to keep film alive. We believe in providing good customer service, message us and we would be happy to work with you!
